We do mums and bubs classes a little differently…

At Grounded, we’re here to support you taking the best care of yourself however we can. That includes looking after your children so you can do your thing without having to worry about where they might go.

Mums and bubs classes are great for getting you back into working out—but we take it a step further. Our morning crèche runs from 8:30am – 11:30am Monday to Friday and is available for babies from 3 months through to children of 12 years. Supervised by our lovely crèche director, Amber, a childcare professional (and mum of three boys) with over 15 years of experience, you can rest assured your precious little humans are in capable hands. Please contact us for casual visit prices.

Engaging activities to keep them busy while you do your thing

Being a mum often means putting yourself at the bottom of the list. But it doesn’t have to.

You can commit to your weekly yoga, Pilates or fitness class without compromising your children’s care. Here at Grounded, we believe you’re worth prioritising. We want to help you take care of your own needs along with everyone else’s. With our unique mums and bubs classes, you can pop your child or children into our crèche where they will be engaged with various activities while you work out undistracted. From drawing and painting, building with playdough and singing and dancing through to playing with toys and watching kids’ films—we guarantee they’ll have a ball.
