About our studio

Welcome to grounded

A warm, nurturing and supportive wellness centre with classes and holistic health sessions to uplift, educate and inspire.

Our studio is a space where you can find the balance between taking the best care of yourself while juggling your everyday life. Our movement offerings range from 30 minutes to an hour and are designed to nourish you—body, mind and soul. Whether you need to slow down with yoga or boost your energy with something more vigorous like our burn classes, you’ll find exactly what you need at Grounded. With separate spaces for yoga, Pilates reformer, boxing and holistic fitness—and our dedicated morning creche—enjoy the freedom and flexibility of finding the right classes to suit your schedule. We look forward to welcoming you into the Grounded community and helping you along your wellness journey.
